I think you did a good job of painting the details of the pattern on the plate. I like how you used light green for the background because it contrasts with the darkness of the cake and makes it pop.
I love what you did with the candles and the fire. The 2D flames have a nice contrast with the 3D realistic cake. You did a great job with incorporating multimedia elements.
I really like the 3 different types of media you used. You made them work really well together. I also like the analogous color scheme you used with the green and blue. I think it really makes the painting pop out.
